Good price, great car

Very late pickup from O'farrell Street, San Francisco, otherwise great experience. Very helpful front desk agent even if you are overworked. Car exactly as advertised, almost new and very clean. Used a few extras... these were clearly explained and reasonably priced. I would definitely use this company again. Fast and efficient delivery to the SF airport. Overall, a very satisfied customer.

Great service, great value

I also took the lid off. When I got to Myrtle Beach SC the only problem was getting gas in the car before heading back without trying to buy a bigger vehicle or sell myself safer. The quality of Dodge trucks was excellent. The trip was a golf trip for 9 people. I had two vans and everything was smooth and easy. It was also very good value per head.

suitable and reliable

I've been using 121 Car Hire for a few years now and I have to say it's easy and straightforward. Instead of looking at multiple car rental companies, 121 Car Hire uses the big companies and offers very competitive prices. Easy to book, friendly and a good price.

Booking was easy to understand but read the fine print, you don't always get the car you want! (but that says) which was a shame because I wanted a Mustang :( The pick up and drop off point in San Fransico is very easy. The car was in good condition and clean when we received it, not when it was delivered. recovered (sorry The no mileage limit was a bonus too. Will be using again.

I was very happy with the car and the customer service. YES...

I was very happy with the car and the customer service. I had to play around with the website a bit to find an easy place to pick up the car and make sure I could drop it off on Sunday. A lot of places didn't allow return on Sundays, but 121 did, which was important to me. The other issue was that I named the train station as the pick up and drop off point only to find out that they DO NOT pick up or drop off at the train station. A staff member picked us up very quickly and in a friendly manner and took good care of us. I had to return the car and had no instructions from Reading so I had some trouble locating the depot.

just great

I must admit after beating the competition on price I was a little skeptical as our choice of a similar vehicle changed when booking our car. However, making a small mistake, I called the friendly and professional 121 service team, who quickly resolved the issue and put my mind at ease. Our car drove through the Alamo, which again was impressive, although the 121 beat them by a mile at direct price. . Our Jeep was perfect for driving in and around icy Whistler Canada and I will certainly be using www.121carhire.com in the future.

Rental car rating

The car wasn't the best in the world but we got what we paid for, the team were very helpful in getting a quote. We plan to visit Florida every ten weeks for two weeks starting March 2, 2013. Can I get a better deal and car based on this? with Navi cruise control

Peaceful and quiet company. I would recommend it to other travelers but suggest more information on how to get to the car rental website. (Relevant for Toronto. Bus must be dropped off at rental car location, not hotel.)
